If a decision is made not to move forward with your submission, the manuscript and all associated materials will be deleted from our internal systems and permanently destroyed immediately. We do not retain copies of unsolicited or declined submissions.

By submitting any work, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Paper Trails Publishing shall not be held liable for any claims of plagiarism, forgery, or infringement related to the submitted content.
• The responsibility for securing appropriate copyrights, permissions, and original authorship lies solely with the submitting party.
• Submission of a manuscript does not establish a publishing agreement or any obligation unless a formal contract is signed by both parties.
• Unless explicitly agreed upon, submissions are non-confidential and submitted at your own discretion.

We do not claim ownership of your work unless and until a publishing agreement is signed.

4. Publishing Services and Client Agreements

All publishing services, including hybrid or self-publishing packages, are subject to individual client contracts that outline timelines, scope of work, pricing, deliverables, and responsibilities. These terms are legally binding and may include non-refundable deposits or service-based payment structures.

5. No Guarantees

Paper Trails Publishing does not guarantee book sales, reviews, media coverage, bestseller status, or platform success as a result of our services. All outcomes vary depending on market conditions, genre, audience, and other external factors.

This website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of those external platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability
